We aim to assist you in obtaining all the information relevant to your travel, so that you are prepared for a successful arrival to your destination. In order to do that, it is important you understand and follow the below:
While we can advise you on information regarding available airlines and airline policies, we do not actually make bookings for you. It is your responsibility to book flights, book pets on the flights, and hold all communication with your airline. We will of course make sure all the final bookings are done correctly, so you can be fully confident your pet will join you onboard!
You need to send us pictures of every pet health document for approval. When you obtain medical certificates, health checks, etc., it is your responsibility to send them to us for checking approval. We do not track your vet visit due dates, but once you send paperwork, we will ensure all is perfect, so that there’s no surprises at the airports!
Please ensure you obtain all health check documents with at least 3 business days left before your departure. This gives us time to check them, and you have time to correct any problems. Many times vets make mistakes, so we want to make sure the papers are corrected if wrong.
Please email us clear pictures or scans of your documents. Do not send these via Facebook messenger, always send them by email.
We provide live messaging/call service during KOREA business hours, from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Please check the time zone conversions so you’ll know when we will be available for you. We might respond to you on our off-hours, depending on the urgency of your message, but we can’t commit to off-hours availability . Please ensure you plan ahead for critical communication.

Your payment covers one journey only. A journey consists of travel from your departure airport to the airport where your pet’s documentation is checked for entry by a government agent. Additional Journeys require separate payments to us (GUAM/KOREA/USA transit is covered under the Golden Retriever plan).
Please note that our fees are non-refundable, even if you don’t travel. If our consultation leads you to decide not to travel with your pet, the value of the information you receive from us is what you paid for when you hired us for consultation.
A consultation begins the moment we start answering your pet travel questions, by message, phone, or any other means.
Payment indicates agreement with the above terms and conditions.
